You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use permen4d. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering multiples, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Supported local methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and permen4d ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at permen4d.cam ("the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension or termination.
Age Verification: We enforce a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all Bonus funds will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the original deposit method at the Company's discretion following investigation.
To access the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact method. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to notify us promptly of any changes.
Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses upon detection of duplicate accounts.
The Company is required to conduct KYC verification procedures. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Company will aim to process KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify the Company immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
permen4d accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB Chain (BNB).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is RM30 for most methods. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Company or self-imposed by the Player using the deposit limit tools available in Account settings.
All deposits made in MYR are credited to your Account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The Company makes no representations regarding exchange rate fluctuations.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your permen4d Account. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in Account review.
Withdrawals are available to all Players who have completed KYC verification and who have met any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with active Bonuses. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside of operational windows or flagged for security review may take longer. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. If the original method is unavailable, the Company may offer alternative withdrawal methods subject to verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are available to Players who deposited via cryptocurrency.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in cases of suspected fraud, unresolved KYC issues, ongoing investigations, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance after accounting for pending wagers.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by permen4d are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are issued to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus where it determines that abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
Bonuses that are not claimed or Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts within 48 hours of the Player's verified birth date. The value of the birthday bonus is determined by the Player's current VIP tier at the time of issuance. Refer-a-friend bonuses are credited upon successful verification of the referred Player's Account and completion of the minimum qualifying deposit and wagering activity as specified in the referral programme terms.
Players who deposit via supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are eligible for the 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This bonus is subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the crypto bonus promotion terms.
All bets placed on permen4d are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Bets are only confirmed upon receipt of an explicit acceptance notification from the Platform. A bet not confirmed by the system is not a valid bet.
All odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The Company reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct market price, at the Company's discretion.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event postponement or cancellation, system or pricing errors, rule violations, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. The Company accepts no responsibility for bet placements that do not reflect the Player's intended selection due to connectivity issues or time delays. Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable when placing live bets.
All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes during individual sessions. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where the Company determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void all pending bets, withhold and forfeit any Account Balance, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of permen4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the Company's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, permen4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
permen4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a suitable payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure at your request, any remaining Balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per month, deducted from the Account Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees are applied.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. The Company's decision on all gaming and betting disputes shall be final and binding, unless procedural error can be clearly demonstrated.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
